My experience spans international industry, technology-intensive operations, healthcare and the public sector. Through leading roles at ABB, Xylem, Region Kalmar and the City of Kalmar, I have worked with governance, quality, change and organizational development at both operational and strategic level.
For most of my career I have been part of executive teams with responsibility for building structure, developing operations and leading change in complex organizations.
